慢性胃炎患者应用摩罗丹联合奥美拉唑对炎症因子及胃蛋白酶原水平的影响

Effect of Moluodan combined with Omeprazole on the levels of inflammatory factors and pepsinogen in patients with chronic gastritis

目的:探讨慢性胃炎患者应用摩罗丹联合奥美拉唑对炎症因子与胃蛋白酶原水平的影响。方法:2019年9月-2020年9月收治慢性胃炎患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组仅口服奥美拉唑治疗;观察组应用摩罗丹联合奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平及胃蛋白酶原亚群水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃蛋白酶原亚群水平改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用摩罗丹联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎的效果明显,可减轻炎性反应,同时可以改善胃黏膜腺体功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Moluodan combined with Omeprazole on the levels of inflammatory factors and pepsinogen in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,100 cases of patients with chronic gastritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with Omeprazole.The observation group was treated with Moluodan combined with Omeprazole.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors and pepsinogen were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of pepsinogen subgroup levels in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moluodan combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis has obvious effect,which can reduce inflammatory reaction and improve gastric mucosal glandular function.
