布比卡因联合芬太尼蛛网膜下腔麻醉在老年手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of bupivacaine combined with fentanyl for subarachnoid anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing surgery

目的:观察布比卡因联合芬太尼蛛网膜下腔麻醉在老年手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月老年手术患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。研究组给予布比卡因联合芬太尼蛛网膜下腔麻醉;对照组给予布比卡因蛛网膜下腔麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果及血流动力学指标水平。结果:研究组麻醉总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时及移除导管时的平均动脉压(MAP)及心率(HR)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布比卡因联合芬太尼蛛网膜下腔麻醉对老年手术患者具有显著的作用,既能有效提高麻醉效果,又能稳定血流动力学指标水平。

Objective:To explore the application effect of bupivacaine combined with fentanyl for subarachnoid anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing surgery.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,98 elderly surgical patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The study group was given bupivacaine combined with fentanyl subarachnoid anesthesia.The control group was given bupivacaine subarachnoid anesthesia.We compared the anesthetic effect and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate of anesthesia was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)during operation and catheter removal were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of bupivacaine combined with fentanyl for subarachnoid anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing surgery is significant,it can not only effectively improve the anesthetic effect,but also stabilize the level of hemodynamics.
