缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical study of valsartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

目的:分析缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:2017年5月-2019年6月收治慢性充血性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规药物治疗;试验组实施缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组,心率水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后6 min步行距离(6 MWD)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)均高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性充血性心力衰竭采用缬沙坦+美托洛尔治疗的效果显著,可有效改善临床各项指标水平,改善心功能,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of valsartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:From May 2017 to June 2019,60 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment.The experimental group received valsartan combined with metoprolol.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels were lower than those in the control group,and the heart rate level was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,6-minute walking distance(6 MWD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those in the control group,and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of valsartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure is significant,it can effectively improve the level of clinical indicators,improve cardiac function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
