沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合贝前列素钠对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效分析及对白介素-10的影响

Efficacy analysis of sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with beraprost sodium on elderly patients with chronic heart failure and its effect on IL-10 factor

目的:探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合贝前列素钠治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效及对白介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治年龄≥60岁的慢性心力衰竭患者150例,随机分为三组,各50例。三组均给予常规治疗;A组加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠及贝前列腺素钠;B组加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠;C组加用贝前列素钠。比较三组患者心脏功能指标水平、血清学指标水平及临床疗效。结果:A组治疗总有效率高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗后左室舒张末期内经(LVEDD)水平明显低于B组和C组,左室射血分数(LVEF)水平明显高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗后NT-proBNP水平明显低于B组和C组,IL-10水平明显高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合贝前列素钠治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效显著,能有效改善心衰症状,改善患者心功能和炎症因子水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with beraprost sodium on elderly patients with chronic heart failure and its effect on IL-10 factor.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,150 cases of patients with chronic heart failure over 60 years old were enrolled,they were randomly divided into three groups with 30 cases in each group.All three groups were given routine treatment.A group was added with sacubitril valsartan sodium and beraprost sodium.B group was added with sacubitril valsartan sodium.C group was added with beraprost sodium.The levels of cardiac function indexes,serological indexes and clinical effect were compared in three groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of A group was higher than that of B group and C group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEDD level of A group was significantly lower than that of B group and C group,LVEF level was significantly higher than in B and C group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NT-proBNP level of A group was significantly lower than that of B group and C group,IL-10 level was significantly higher than in B and C groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with beraprost sodium on elderly patients with chronic heart failure is remarkable,which can not only effectively improve the symptoms of heart failure,but also can improve the patients'heart function and their inflammatory factors level.
