温针灸配合耳穴贴压治疗阳虚型失眠的疗效

The effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing in the treatment of insomnia of Yang Xu Type

目的:研究温针灸配合耳穴贴压治疗阳虚型失眠的疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治阳虚型失眠患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗;观察组给予温针灸配合耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组临床效果及睡眠质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后睡眠质量(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸配合耳穴贴压治疗阳虚型失眠患者的疗效良好,有助于患者睡眠质量的改善。

Objective:To explore the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing in the treatment of insomnia of Yang Xu Type.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,76 patients with insomnia of Yang Xu Type were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given estazolam treatment.The observation group was given warm acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing therapy.We compared the clinical effect and sleep quality of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the PSQI score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing in the treatment of insomnia of Yang Xu Type is good,it is helpful to improve the sleep quality of patients.
