医护一体化方式治疗护理重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭对患者肺功能的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of integrated medical care on pulmonary function of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure

目的:观察医护一体化方式治疗护理重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭对患者肺功能的影响。方法:2018年7月-2019年10月收治重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组给予常规治疗护理;观察组给予医护一体化治疗护理。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组临床各项症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC等肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后氧分压及血氧饱和度水平均高于对照组,二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者医护一体化治疗护理,能促进患者症状消失,有效改善肺功能及血气指标水平,效果较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of nursing care integration on pulmonary function of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:From July 2018 to October 2019,88 patients with severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure were selected,they were randomly divided the into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing.The observation group was given the integrated treatment and nursing.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of various clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of lung function indexes such as FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the carbon dioxide partial pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing integrated medical care treatment and nursing for patients with severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure can promote the disappearance of patients'symptoms,effectively improve lung function and blood gas index levels,and the effect is better.
