摘要 目的:探讨基于知信行理念的健康宣教对肥胖型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者自护能力及遵医行为的影响。方法:2019年7月-2020年6月收治肥胖型OSAHS患者84例,随机分成两组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予基于知信行理念的健康宣教。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预1个月后的自护能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医行为遵从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施基于知信行理念的健康宣教效果理想,可提升肥胖型OSAHS患者的自护能力及遵医行为。 Objective:To explore the effect of health education based on knowledge,attitude and practice on self-care ability and compliance behavior of obese patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:From July 2019 to June 2020,84 patients with obese OSAHS were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given health education based on the concept of knowledge,attitude and practice.We compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after one month of intervention,the score of self-care ability was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of health education based on the concept of knowledge,attitude and practice is ideal.It can improve the self-care ability and compliance behavior of obese patients with OSAHS.
