智能化行为管理系统在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

Application effect of intelligent behavior management system in nursing management of operating room

目的:探究智能化行为管理系统应用于手术室护理管理工作中的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月手术室护理人员60名,并在2019年6月手术护理管理中应用智能化行为管理系统。比较实施前后护理人员工作情况、护理质量以及护理满意度。结果:实施后的手术准时开台率、准时到达手术室率及执行手术安全核查率均显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后的无菌物品合格率、器械准备合格率、护理文书书写合格率、护理技术操作合格率、消毒隔离完好率及无菌物品完好率均显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后手术室患者护理满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理管理工作中应用智能化行为管理系统,可有效改善护理工作情况,优化护理质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of intelligent behavior management system in nursing management of operating room.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,60 nursing staffs in operating room were selected,and the intelligent behavior management system was applied in the surgical nursing management in June 2019.The working situation,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of nursing staffs before and after implementation were compared.Results:The rate of operation opening on time,the rate of arriving in the operating room on time and the rate of operation safety verification were significantly higher than before implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the aseptic articles,equipment preparation,nursing document writing,nursing technical operation qualification rate,disinfection isolation,sterile goods intact rate were significantly higher than before implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the nursing satisfaction of patients in operating room was higher than that before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intelligent behavior management system in nursing management of operating room can effectively improve nursing work,optimize nursing quality and improve nursing satisfaction.
