山岭地区大纵坡长斜井绞车提升系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 山岭地区大埋深隧洞受工程布置、地形限制,通常布置斜井作为施工通道,施工人员、物料运输需采用绞车提升有轨运输系统。而在空间受限、地质条件极差的斜井施工中,为保障隧洞稳定,钻爆开挖的同时仰拱和边顶拱混凝土二次衬砌须同步施工,因此,设计优化提升系统绞车房、天轮系统及卸料平台布置、斜井运输车及二衬钢模台车结构,设计可拆卸式支高轨道跨越仰拱作业面及合理的绞车提升系统运行维护方案,实现了开挖与二衬浇筑同步快速施工及绞车提升系统的安全高效运行。 Due to the restriction of engineering layout and topography,inclined shaft is usually arranged as construction channel in mountain area.Winches are used to lift rail transport system for construction personnel and materials transportation.In the construction of inclined shaft with limited space and poor geological conditions,in order to guarantee the stability of the tunnel,the concrete secondary lining of the inverted arch and side crown arch must be constructed simultaneously while drilling and blasting.Therefore,the layout of winch house,roof wheel system and unloading platform of lifting system,inclined shaft transporter and two-lining steel formwork trolley are designed and optimized.Removable elevation track crossing the working surface of inverted arch and reasonable operation and maintenance scheme of winch lifting system are designed to realize simultaneous quick construction of excavation and lining pouring as well as safe and efficient operation of winch lifting system.
