摘要
滇中引水大理Ⅰ段施工2标各施工支洞均为斜井,施工条件比较艰苦,喷混凝土采用轨道式运输。喷混凝土一次加入速凝剂及拌和用水后受斜井条件限制运输比较困难,斜井轨行式上料喷混凝土设备速凝剂及二次加水计量控制技术经过多次实践、论证,不断优化,最终选取较为合理的控制技术施工方案,为各支洞施工控制质量打下较好基础。
Each construction branch tunnel in construction bid 2 of Dali section Iof Yunnan Water Diversion Projectis inclined shaft.The construction conditions are quite difficult,and the shotcrete is transported by rail.It is difficult to transport the spray concrete due to the restriction of inclined shaft condition after adding accelerator and mixing water at one time.The accelerator and metering control technology of secondary water addition for inclined-shaft rail traveling feeding concrete spraying equipment have been practiced and demonstrated for many times and continuously optimized.Finally,a more reasonable construction scheme of control technology is selected,which lays a good foundation for construction control quality of each branch tunnel.
