摘要
滇中引水香炉山隧洞中段4条施工大纵坡长斜井采用绞车有轨提升系统作为工程建设的“生命线”,由于斜井穿越软岩富水地层,地质条件极差,二衬混凝土要求同步跟进,斜井钻爆支护及二衬与常规的斜井施工工法存在差异较大。因此,结合现场施工工况,针对斜井支护喷锚料安全、高效的多次转运方式及设备进行研究,形成了一套适合滇中引水大纵坡长斜井的实用性强、机械化程度高、降低浪费的喷锚料转运技术,应用效果较好。
Four long inclined wells with large longitudinal slope in the middle section of Xianglushan tunnel are constructed with winch rail lifting system as the lifeline of project construction.As the inclined shaft passes through the water-rich soft rock strata,the geological conditions are extremely poor,and the secondary lining concrete requires simultaneous follow-up.There is a big difference between the drilling and blasting support of inclined shaft and secondary lined and the conventional inclined shaft construction method.Therefore,combined with field construction conditions,a set of spraying and anchoring material transfer technology suitable for long inclined shaft with large longitudinal slope in Yunnan Water Diversion Project is formed,which has strong practicability,high degree of mechanization and low waste,and has a good application effect.
