摘要
以滇中引水工程石鼓水源工程进水塔多级高边坡预应力锚索施工为例,针对在钻孔过程中及成孔注水检查失败后所遇到的情况,提出了钻杆多增加扶正器、根管钻进,岩体预灌浆、深孔固结灌浆与不同阶段简易注水检查配合等处理措施,保证锚索施工质量及锚索张拉合格,可有效减少锚索孔成孔后的超灌问题,为现场处理锚索钻孔提供了梯级处理方式,便于施工现场工程量的确定。
Taking the construction of multi-stage high slope prestressing anchor cable for intake tower of Shigu Water Source Project as an example,in view of the situation encountered during drilling and after failure of water injection inspection in hole-forming,this paper proposes treatment measures such as adding centralizer to drill pipe,drilling in root pipe,pre-grouting in rock mass,consolidation grouting in deep hole and simple water injection inspection in different stages.It guarantees the construction quality of the anchor cable and the qualified tension of the anchor cable,effectively reduces the overfilling after the anchor cable hole is made into a hole,and provides a cascade treatment for the on-site treatment of the anchor cable borehole,so as to facilitate the determination of the quantity of work on the construction site.
