摘要
在长隧洞施工中,往往存在较多渗水情况。当隧洞涌水无法自流至洞外时,地下涌水将汇集到掌子面区域,如不采取措施及时抽排,掌子面积水将越积越深,造成隧洞无法掘进施工,甚至水淹整个洞段。在隧洞排水方案设计过程中,涌水值为估算值,如何设计科学、先进、合理的排水系统,配置高效的排水设施是解决排水难题的根本。蔡家村3号支洞为斜井支洞,主要承担其控制段主洞4182m的施工任务,为其主洞控制段排水通道。介绍主洞施工期间,该支洞控制段主洞工作面的排水特点、排水布置原则、抽排水设备计算、配置情况等,施工取得较好成效。
Water seepage often occurs in the construction of long tunnel.When the water inrush from the tunnel can’t flow out of the tunnel,underground water inrush will converge to the area of the palm face.If no measures are taken to drain the water in the palm area in time,the deeper the water will be,which will cause the tunnel unable to excavate and construct,or even flooding the entire tunnel section.In the process of tunnel drainage scheme design,the inrush value is estimated.How to design a scientific,advanced,and reasonable drainage system and allocate efficient drainage facilities are the foundation to solve the drainage problem.Caijiacun No.3 branch tunnel is a slant shaft branch tunnel,which mainly undertakes the construction task of 4,182m main tunnel in the control section and serves as the drainage channel for the control section of the main tunnel.During the construction of the main tunnel,the drainage characteristics,drainage layout principles,calculation of pumping and draining equipment and configuration of the main tunnel working face in the control section of the branch tunnel are introduced,and the construction has achieved good results.
