摘要
针对重载齿轮的热处理工艺以及使用特性,合理优化设计钢的内控成分以及各项关键工艺控制点,采用电炉+LF精炼+VD真空脱气+连铸+轧制+退火工艺成功开发17CrNiMo6齿轮钢,钢的成分波动小、淬透性带窄、洁净度高、晶粒细小均匀。
According to the heat treatment process and service characteristics of heavy duty gear,the internal control composition and key process control points of the steel were reasonably optimized,and 17CrNiMo6 gear steel was successfully developed by adopting electric furnace+LF refining+VD vacuum degassing+continuous casting+rolling+annealing process.The composition of the steel fluctuates little,the hardenability band is narrow,the cleanliness is high,and the grain size is fine and uniform.
