摘要 石横特钢以控轧控冷全连轧二棒生产线为载体,通过优化精轧孔型、轧辊材质、穿水装置等措施,解决了切分升级过程中出现的折叠缺陷、K1顶出口故障和孔型磨损快等问题,实现了低温精轧条件下Φ16 mm热轧带肋钢筋四切分工艺的成功开发,并形成了多项专利技术,经济效益显著。 Shiheng special steel takes No.2 bar production line of controlled rolling and controlled cold continuous rolling as its carrier,by optimizing the pass type of finishing rolling,the material of the roll and the water penetration device,the problems such as folding defect,K1 outlet fault and fast wear of the pass in the process of slitting and upgrading were solved.The successful development ofΦ16 mm hot-rolled ribbed bar four slitting process under the condition of low temperature finishing rolling was realized,and a number of patent technologies were formed,the economic benefits were remarkable.
