摘要 分析热镀锌卷黑斑缺陷原因分析,主要原因为钢卷在运输过程的摇晃导致卷层与层之间的挤压和摩擦产生,破坏表面钝化膜或锌层后,同时受摩擦温度升高影响,氧化后发黑。采用在钢卷外圈裹镀锌护板前增加瓦楞纸、硬纸缓冲材料、调整卷取张力及加大打捆收紧力等措施,运输黑斑得到较好改善。 Analysis of the causes of black spot defects in hot-dip galvanized coils,the main reason is that the rolling of steel coils during transportation leads to the extrusion and friction between coils,and after the surface passivation film or zinc layer is damaged,it is affected by the increase of friction temperature and blackened after oxidation.By adding rubber,polyurethane,corrugated paper and hard paper buffer materials before the outer ring of the steel coil is wrapped with galvanized protective plate,the black spots in transportation are improved.
