供给侧改革视角下我国滑雪装备的供给困境及对策研究

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Ski Equipment Supply in China from the Perspective of Supply Reform

随着北京冬奥会的成功申办和相关政策的推动,我国冰雪产业发展迅速,给滑雪装备制造业带来了巨大的市场机遇。然而,我国滑雪装备产业存在严重的供需矛盾,致使整个滑雪装备市场被海外品牌垄断。对我国滑雪装备市场面临的供给困境进行分析,并从供给侧视角探索原因:一是生产企业数量少、规模小,二是工程类专业人才短缺,三是产品的科技含量低,四是信息共享不充分,五是企业创新动力不足。认为,应从增加滑雪装备制造企业数量和规模、加强工程类专业人才培养、提高滑雪装备产业的科技含量、政府加大扶持力度等方面实施供给侧改革,推动行业创新升级。

With the successful bidding of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the promotion of relevant policies,China’s ice and snow industry has developed rapidly,which has brought huge market opportunities to the skiing equipment manufacturing industry.However,there is a serious contradiction between supply and demand in China’s skiing equipment industry,which leads to the monopoly of the whole skiing equipment market by overseas brands.The paper analyzes the supply dilemma of ski equipment market in China and explores the reasons from the supply side.Firstly,the number of production enterprises is small and the scale is small;secondly,there is a shortage of engineering professionals;thirdly,the scientific and technological content of products is low;fourthly,the information sharing is insufficient;finally,the innovation power of enterprises is insufficient.In order to promote the innovation and upgrading of the industry,the supply side reform should be implemented from the following aspects:increasing the number and scale of ski equipment manufacturing enterprises,strengthening the training of engineering professionals,improving the scientific and technology content of ski equipment industry,and increasing government support.
