应用型理念下高职师范人才培养模式的探索与实践——以温州城市大学为例

Exploration and Practice of the Training Mode of Higher Vocational College Normal Education Under the Application-oriented Concept--Taking City University of Wenzhou as an Example

摘要 应用型高职师范人才的培养模式建构,是提升高校办学质量和水平,优化师范教育的重要举措。为有效提升高职院校师范人才的应用型能力,在人才培养模式方面可以调整课程安排,形成具有应用型特点的课程体系;补充课程大纲,为课程的应用型实施提供大纲引领;拓展实践平台,使学生在多元实践中锻炼应用型能力;结合多种形式,为教师提升专业应用型水平提供路径。 The construction of training mode of application-oriented higher vocational normal talents is an important measure to improve the quality and level of colleges and optimize the normal education.In order to effectively improve their application-oriented ability,this paper puts forward four major measures,adjusting the curriculum arrangement and forming the curriculum system with application-oriented characteristics in the aspect of talents'training mode,supplementing the curriculum syllabus to provide guidance for the practical implementation of the curriculum,expanding the practice platform to enable students to improve application-oriented abilities in multiple practices,and integrating various forms to provide a path for the teachers to improve their professional application-oriented level.
