摘要
通过对研究生干部队伍价值要素、理想要素、文化要素三种内在要素的分析,发现研究生干部队伍具有先导性、时代性和创新性等特征。结合“产教学赛创”五协同育人模式将“育人”和“育才”紧密结合推动研究生德术相长的基本内涵,提出了深化开放合作、细化教师职责、优化学术环境、活化竞赛形式、强化创新意识五大应用于研究生干部队伍育人模式的实践路径。
Through the analysis of the three internal elements of the value element,ideal element,and cultural element of the postgraduate cadre team,it is found that the postgraduate cadre team has the characteristics of forerunner,times and innovation.Combining the five collaborative education models of"production,teaching,study,competition and creation",closely combining"education"and"education of talents"to promote the basic connotation of postgraduates'moral and skill development,this paper puts forward the five practical ways of educating modes of graduate cadres,deepening opening cooperation,refining teacher responsibilities,optimizing academic environment,revitalizing competitions,and strengthening the sense of innovation.
