小针刀疗法联合穴位注射对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及疼痛的影响

The Effect of Small Needle Knife Therapy Combined with Acupoint Injection on the Lumbar Function and Pain in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨小针刀疗法联合穴位注射对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰椎功能及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院LDH患者120例,按随机数字表分为单针组(n=60)和针注组(n=60),单针组给予小针刀疗法,针注组在此基础上联合穴位注射,比较2组腰椎功能及疼痛、治疗疗效、并发症。结果:单针组和针注组治疗2、4周后Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(0DI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于治疗前,针注组治疗2、4周后ODI、VAS评分明显低于单针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针注组治疗优良率明显高于单针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单针组和针注组均无椎间盘感染、神经根损伤、脊髓受损等并发症。结论:小针刀疗法联合穴位注射可改善LDH患者腰椎功能及疼痛,有利于提高疗效,且安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective:To discuss the effect of small needle knife therapy combined with acupoint injection on the lumbar function and pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:120 patients with LDH in our hospital were selected from January 2018 to January 2020,they divided into the single needle group(n=60)and needle injection group(n=60)according to the random number table.The single needle group was treatment with small needle knife therapy,the needle injection group was treatment with acupoint injection on the basis,the lumbar function,pain,therapeutic effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The the scores of Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in the single needle group and needle injection group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores of ODI and VAS in the needle injection group were significantly lower than those in the single needle group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the needle injection group was significantly higher than that in the single needle group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no complications such as disc infection,nerve root injury and spinal cord injury in single needle group and needle injection group.Conclusion:Small needle knife therapy combined with acupoint injection can improve the lumbar function and pain of patients with LDH,which is helpful to improve the efficacy,and it is safety,its worth for further clinical promotion.
