精细化护理对人工全膝关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Fine Nursing on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的:探究精细化护理对人工全膝关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月我院收治的人工全膝关节置换术后患者76例,将所选患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组38例,对照组运用常规的护理方式,观察组运用精细化护理的方式。结果:观察组的患者在饮食健康、运动锻炼、安全知识掌握、心理健康等方面的评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出现关节疼痛、肌肉坏死、关节僵硬以及运动功能障碍等并发症的例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于常规的护理方式,精细化护理能有效改善患者的生活质量,促进患者病情的恢复,在人工全膝关节置换术后康复的应用中效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the influence of fine nursing on the rehabilitation effect of patients after artificial total knee arthroplasty.Methods:76 patients with total knee arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,38 patients in each group.Conventional nursing mode was used in the control group,while refined nursing mode was used in the study group.Results:The scores of healthy diet,exercise,safety knowledge and mental health in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of complications such as joint pain,muscle necrosis,joint stiffness and motor dysfunction was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional nursing,refined nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,promote the recovery of patients'condition,in the application of rehabilitation after artificial total knee arthroplasty is ideal,should be further promoted in clinical application.
