偏头痛患者妊娠期血浆PACAP水平的研究

The plasma PACAP level in migraine patients during pregnancy

目的探讨女性偏头痛患者妊娠期间血浆垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(Pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide,PACAP)的水平变化及其临床意义。方法收集2019年4月-2019年12月在武汉大学人民医院产科住院的妊娠期女性偏头痛患者及神经内科门诊就诊的女性偏头痛患者各15例,同时选取年龄、受教育程度相匹配的10例妊娠女性及12例非妊娠女性为健康对照组;采用酶联免疫法检测受试者血浆PACAP水平。结果女性偏头痛患者妊娠期间头痛改善(妊娠偏头痛组改善率为66.67%,偏头痛组为53.33%);偏头痛组血浆PACAP水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05),而妊娠偏头痛组与妊娠对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);对2组偏头痛患者进行匹配后发现妊娠偏头痛组血浆PACAP水平高于偏头痛组(P<0.05)。结论女性偏头痛患者妊娠期血浆PACAP水平升高,这种变化可能对女性患者有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the plasma pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide(PACAP)level in female migraine patients during pregnancy,and to explore the relationship between PACAP and the improvement of migraine during pregnancy.Methods A collection of 15 female migraine patients during pregnancy who were hospitalized in the obstetrics department of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from April 2019 to December 2019,and 15 female migraine patients who visited the neurology clinic were enrolled in this study.At the same time,10 pregnant women and 12 non-pregnant women with matching age and education level were selected as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect plasma PACAP level.Results The symptoms of female migraine patients were improved during pregnancy(the improvement rate was 66.67%in the pregnant migraine group and 53.33%in the non-pregnant migraine group).The plasma PACAP level of the migraine group was lower than that of the healthy control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the pregnancy migraine group and the pregnancy control group(P>0.05).Furthermore,the PACAP level of the pregnancy migraine group was higher than in the migraine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma PACAP level in female migraine patients increases during pregnancy,which may have a protective effect on female patients.
