Thinking on Expressing Safety&Security Science Principles From the Aspects of Philosophy and Popularity

为给通俗表达安全科学原理提供一定的理论、思路与方法指导及实例参考,从而使安全科学原理不仅具有高度与深度,也不缺少俗度、温度、美度与热度。首先,从掌握与拥有安全科学原理的重要性、安全科学原理的自身属性及安全科学原理价值发挥3方面出发,回答为何要通俗表达安全科学原理。其次,探讨如何通俗表达安全科学原理。最后,给出使用100余句通俗而深刻的简单语言通俗表达25条安全科学原理的实例。结果表明:通俗表达安全科学原理是安全科学原理价值发挥的必需之道,通俗表达安全科学原理应从目标与追求、思维与方法、手段与要求3方面重点发力。同时,实例表明,通俗表达安全科学原理可行,且可取得显著成效与反响。

Popular expression of safety&security science principles(SSP)needs to be provided a certain theory,thought and method guidance and example references so as to make SSP have the height and depth,as well as the popularity,temperature,beauty and heat.First,the reasons for popular expression of SSP were explained from three aspects of the importance of mastering and possessing SSP,the own attributes of SSP and the exertion of SSP value.Second,how to express SSP in a popular way was discussed.Finally,examples of using more than 100 popular and profound simple language to express 25 SSP were given.The results show that the popular expression of SSP is a necessary way to exert the SSP value and the popular expression of SSP should focus on aspects such as goal and pursuit,thinking and method,and measure and requirement.Meanwhile,examples show that the popular expression of SSP is feasible and can achieves remarkable results and repercussions.
