社区治安风险多主体关联分析及预警方法研究

Multi-subject Correlation Analysis and Early Warning Method Researchof Community Security Risk

为提高社区治安风险防范能力,本文针对社区治安事件,在厘清社区治安风险多主体关联机制的基础上,提出社区治安风险预警方法。首先,梳理社区治安风险案件的特征,并分析社区治安事件中人、地、事、物、组织多主体特征;然后,通过详细分析社区治安多主体的关联关系,包括二元主体关联及多主体关联,并基于多米诺骨牌原理构建社区治安风险事件演化逻辑模型;最后,以盗窃案件为例,提出基于知识图谱的社区治安风险预警方法。本文研究社区风险多主体复杂耦合的关系,并成功设计出社区治安风险预警方法,研究成果能进一步为社区治安风险的提前感知,精准防范提供指导。

In order to improve the ability to prevent community security risk,in this paper,early warning method of community security risk was put forward on the basis of clarifying the multi-subject correlation mechanism of community security risk aiming at community security event.Firstly,the characteristics of community security risk cases were sorted out,and the multi-subject characteristics of people,place,event,object and organization were analyzed in community security events.Then,the multi-subject correlation of community security,including dual subject association and multi-subject correlation,were analyzed in detail,and an evolution logic model of community security risk event was established based on the domino principle.Finally,early warning methods of community security risk were put forward based on knowledge graph taking the theft case as an example.The early warning methods of community security risk were successfully designed through researching the complicated coupling relationship of multiple subjects of community risks.The research results can further provide guidance for the advance perception and accurate prevention of community security risks.
