军工电子企业安全生产隐患治理研究--以中国电科集团为例

Study on the Hidden Danger Governance of Work Safety inMilitary Electronics Enterprise Taking China ElectronicsTechnology Group Corporation as an Example

军工电子行业是战略性与风险性并存的高新技术产业,为科学有效治理我国军工电子企业安全生产隐患,本文基于国内军工电子央企——中国电子科技集团公司2017-2020年期间安全生产督查数据,相对全面地介绍军工电子企业的安全生产风险,分析军工电子企业安全生产隐患的现状、特点和成因,分别从治理原则、路径、措施等方面提出建设性策略,为军工电子企业安全生产隐患治理提供有益参考。

The military electronics industry is a high-tech industry with national strategy and risk.In order to govern scientifically and effectively the hidden danger of safety production in China's military electronics enterprises,in this paper,safety production risks of military electronics enterprises were comprehensively introduced and the current status,characteristics and causes of hidden danger of safety production of military electronics enterprises were analyzed based on the data of safety production supervision of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation(CETC for short),a central military electronics enterprise,from year 2017 to 2020.Constructive policies were put forward from three aspects of governance principle,method and measure aiming at providing benefit reference for hidden danger governance of safety production in military electronics enterprises.
