复杂环境下混凝土危桥拆除爆破

摘要 为了消除一座复杂环境下350m钢筋混凝土危桥的安全隐患,根据桥梁周边环境和拆除难点,采用对桥梁的墩柱和横梁进行爆破的方案进行爆破拆除。通过微差控制爆破降低爆破振动,设置最小抵抗线方向背离近岸保护对象、桥台下设置土坎、待爆体采用细孔钢丝网及三层竹笆覆盖以控制爆破飞石。爆破效果表明:爆破振动对周边保护对象未造成影响,爆破拆除工作安全、可靠、达到预期目标,可为类似工程提供参考。 In order to eliminate the potential safety hazard of a 350m reinforced concrete bridge in complex environment,according to the surrounding environment and demolition difficulties of the bridge,the blasting demolition scheme of pier and beam of the bridge is adopted.The blasting vibration is reduced by millisecond controlled blasting,the minimum resistance line is set away from the coastal protection object,the earth sill is set under the abutment,and the blasting body is covered with fine hole steel wire mesh and three-layer bamboo fence to control the blasting flying rock.The blasting effect shows that the blasting vibration has no influence on the surrounding protection objects,and the blasting demolition work is safe,reliable and achieves the expected goal,which can provide reference for similar projects.
