摘要
利用X射线衍射法对不同加工状态的7XXX高强度铝合金弹壳的外表面残余应力进行了系统分析。结果表明:不同引长和收口状态的弹壳经退火处理后,能有效减少残余应力;固溶/时效处理后,收口部位和底部的残余应力明显增大,表面残余应力总的表现比未时效的有所提高。
The residual stress on the outer surface of 7 XXX high strength aluminum alloy shell case with different processing states was systematically analyzed by X-ray diffraction method. The results show that the residual stress of the shell case with different elongation and closing state can be effectively reduced after annealing. After solid solution/aging treatment,the residual stress at the mouth and bottom increases obviously. The overal performance of surface residual stress is higher than that of without aging.
