经济高质量发展水平及其耦合协调性研究——基于山东省17地市面板数据

Research on the Level of High-Quality Economic Development and Its Coupling and Coordination Based on the Panel Data of 17 Cities in Shandong Province

高质量发展是新时代中国经济发展的主线。基于高质量发展内涵,构建经济高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法对2008-2018年山东省经济高质量发展水平进行测度,利用耦合协调度模型分析经济高质量发展的协调关系。结果表明:(1)山东省经济高质量发展综合水平由高速增长转为低速增长,各维度发展水平均呈现波动上升;(2)山东省各地市经济高质量发展综合水平差距明显且有逐步扩大的趋势,整体呈现东高西低的态势;(3)山东省及其各地市的经济高质量发展协调水平提升都较为缓慢,各地市协调发展水平不等且差异不大,仍然处于初级融合发展阶段。

High-quality development is the main line of China’s economic development in the new era.Based on the connotation of high-quality development,the paper constructs a high-quality economic development evaluation index system,then it use the entropy method to measure the high-quality economic development level of Shandong Province from 2008 to 2018,and use the coupling coordination degree model to analyze the coordination relationship of highquality economic development.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive level of high-quality economic development in Shandong Province has changed from high-speed growth to low-speed growth,and the development levels of all dimensions have fluctuated and increased;(2)The comprehensive level of high-quality economic development of various cities in the province has a clear and gradually widening gap.The overall trend is that the east is high and the west is low;(3)Shandong Province and its local cities have relatively slow improvement in the level of high-quality economic development coordination,and the level of coordinated development of various cities varies and there is little difference,and they are still in the primary integrated development stage.
