摘要 本文采用了超高效液相色谱法快速检测牛乳中的β-乳球蛋白。使用C4色谱柱(100mm×2.1mm,1.7μm),柱温40℃,检测器波长210nm,流动相为0.1%三氟乙酸溶液和0.1%三氟乙酸乙腈溶液,梯度洗脱,流速0.4mL/min,保留时间在7~8min。验证结果表明,β-乳球蛋白回收率在70%~90%,变异系数为0.93%~3.22%,定量限为40.0mg/kg。该方法适合批量测定样品。 In this study,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was used to quickly detectβ-lactoglobulin in milk.The chromatographic conditions used were C4 chromatographic column(100mm×2.1mm,1.7μm),40℃column temperature,210nm detector wavelength,mobile phase with 0.1%trifluoroacetic acid solution and 0.1%trifluoroacetic acid acetonitrile solution,gradient elution,at flow rate of 0.4mL/min,and 7~8min retention time.The verification results showed that the recovery rate ofβ-lactoglobulin was 70%~90%,and the coefficient of variation was 0.93%~3.22%,the limit of quantification was 40.0mg/kg.It showed that this method was suitable for batch determination of samples.
