MEBT/MEBO治疗糖尿病性溃疡作用机制及其相关信号通路研究进展 被引量:3

Research Progress on the Action Mechanism of MEBT/MEBO in the Treatment of Diabetic Ulcer and Its Relevant Signaling Pathways

摘要 糖尿病性溃疡的临床发病率较高,且发病机制较为复杂、愈合过程较为缓慢,已成为临床上需要迫切解决的难题。近年来,烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)等中医疗法在提高糖尿病性溃疡治疗效果、降低患者截肢率方面取得了较为显著的临床疗效。但相关研究资料显示,中医药作为我国传统的治疗方式虽具有其独特的优势,可临床上仅13%的患者会在治疗过程中联合应用。为提高中医药的关注度以及指导糖尿病性溃疡的临床治疗、为MEBT/MEBO治疗糖尿病性溃疡提供理论支持,笔者通过查阅大量基础研究资料,对MEBT/MEBO通过调节PI3K/Akt信号通路、MAPK信号通路、Wnt/β⁃catenin信号通路、TGF⁃β1/Smad信号通路、NF⁃κB信号通路和PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路的转导而参与糖尿病性溃疡修复的作用机制进行了综述。 In clinical practice,diabetic ulcer featuring a high incidence,complicated pathogenesis and slow heal⁃ing process has become a pressing clinical difficulty.In recent years,the regenerative medical technology for burns,wounds and ulcers(MEBT/MEBO)has achieved significant clinical effect in improving the treatment of diabetic ulcers and reduc⁃ing the amputation rate of such patients.According to relevant research data,though traditional Chinese medicine,as a tra⁃ditional treatment in our country for a long time,has its unique advantages,it has seldom been integrated into the overall treatment protocol of patients(only 13%).In order to increase people’s awareness of traditional Chinese medicine,offer guidance to the treatment of diabetic ulcers,and provide theoretical support for the treatment of diabetic ulcers with MEBT/MEBO,the author,based on extensive basic studies,made a review on the action of mechanism of MEBT/MEBO in repai⁃ring diabetic ulcer by regulating the transduction of such signaling pathways as PI3K/Akt,MAPK,Wnt/β⁃catenin,TGF⁃β1/Smad,NF⁃κB and PI3K/Akt/mTOR.
