新冠疫情这个“黑天鹅”事件的发生,给我国社会经济发展造成巨大冲击,给无数企业的生存带来了极大财务风险。在企业财务管理工作中,风险防控是非常重要的内容,其是保证企业财务活动有序安全运行的重要手段。文章在财务风险相关理论的基础上,首先深入分析疫情给企业财务风险带来的影响,然后反思疫情冲击下企业财务风险管理暴露出来的问题,进而分别从企业与政府两个角度提出相对应的对策建议,以帮助企业尽可能的有效提升财务风险防控水平和质量,减少损失,提升效益,促进企业长期稳定发展。

The occurrence of COVID-19,a"black swan"event,has caused a huge impact on China's social and economic development and brought great financial risks to the survival of countless enterprises.In the enterprise financial management,risk prevention and control is a very important content,which is an important means to ensure the orderly and safe operation of the enterprise financial activities.Based on the theory of financial risk,this paper first analyzes the impact of the epidemic on the financial risk of enterprises,and then reflects on the problems exposed by the financial risk management of enterprises under the impact of the epidemic,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two angles of enterprises and government,in order to help enterprises to effectively improve the level and quality of financial risk prevention and control,reduce losses,improve efficiency,and promote long-term and stable development of enterprises.
