摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,无论从经济发展方面,还是人口增长方面都得到了全面提高,对城市基础设备建设的实际要求也随之提升,导致河道养护需求不断提升。本文首先介绍了河道管养经费测算项目的结构组成,利用河流道路立体化综合管理,获得相对比较明显的生态经济收益和社会地位,通过河道管养经费进行测量和计算,完善和优化城市河流水环境,并以深圳市为例,总结并分析了该市河道管养经费的测算结果,进一步为市民营造出相对稳定的河流环境,全方位、多角度打造出具有深圳特色的河道结构。
With the acceleration of urbanization,both economic development and population growth have been comprehensively improved,and the actual requirements for urban infrastructure construction have also increased,resulting in continuous increase in the demand for river maintenance.This paper first introduces the structural composition of the river channel management and maintenance funds calculation project,and uses the three-dimensional comprehensive management of river roads to obtain relatively obvious ecological and economic benefits and social status.Through the measurement and calculation of river channel management and maintenance funds,the urban river water environment is improved and optimized.Taking Shenzhen City as an example,the calculation results of river channel management and maintenance funds in the city are summarized and analyzed,so as to further create a relatively stable river environment for the public and create a river structure with Shenzhen characteristics in all directions and multiple perspectives.
