摘要
随着互联网快速发展,国家经济开启了增速时代,而民营企业是国家经济的中坚力量,其发展影响着国家经济水平,但是当前民营企业人力资源管理发展途中产生了一些问题,这些问题又束缚着人力资源的发展,影响了企业的进一步提升,从而影响国家的经济发展水平,所以针对这一系列问题进行探究,找寻合理的创新方案或应对措施。
With the rapid development of the Internet,the national economy has opened an era of growth,and private enterprises are the backbone of the national economy,and their development affects the national economic level.However,some problems have arisen in the development of human resource management of private enterprises.These problems restrict the development of human resources,affect the further improvement of enterprises,and thus affect the level of economic development of the country.Therefore,we should explore this series of problems and find reasonable innovative solutions or countermeasures.
