摘要
PCCP管道凭借其高强钢丝的抗拉优势、混凝土的抗压特性和钢板的防渗优势,广泛应用于输水工程中。但由于钢丝损伤和腐蚀造成的断丝现象可能引发爆管事故,事故一旦发生,会造成地面塌陷、威胁周边建筑物、影响下游生活和生产用水。文章主要研究PCCP管道预应力加固的施工技术,在断丝管早期采取外部加固的方法来解决问题,以防PCCP管发生最终破坏。PCCP管道预应力加固施工涉及内容较多,施工技术复杂,文章着重分析PCCP管道预应力加固施工技术要点,为相关的施工单位和从业人员提供参考。
PCCP pipelines are widely used in water delivery projects by virtue of the tensile advantages of high-strength steel wires,the compressive properties of concrete and the anti-seepage advantages of steel plates.However,wire breakage caused by steel wire damage and corrosion may cause a pipe burst accident.Once an accident occurs,it will cause ground collapse,threaten surrounding buildings,and affect downstream living and production water.The article mainly studies the construction technology of PCCP pipe prestressed reinforcement,and adopts external reinforcement method to solve the problem in the early stage of broken wire pipe to prevent the final damage of PCCP pipe.The PCCP pipeline pre-stressed reinforcement construction involves a lot of content and the construction technology is complicated.The article focuses on the analysis of the key points of the PCCP pipeline pre-stressed reinforcement construction technology to provide references for related construction units and practitioners.
