土压平衡顶管对上部既有管道沉降控制关键技术浅析

摘要 顶管施工工艺在市政工程里的应用非常广泛,由于顶管在顶进过程中必然会对周边土体产生扰动,在上部存在既有管道的情况下,采取何种顶管施工工艺及顶管施工参数的确定,直接关系到上部既有管道的质量安全问题。文章以南淝河中游初雨污染控制工程为例,对DN3000的大直径顶管下穿DN2000既有污水管(净距仅2.3m)经过仔细对比研究,采用了土压平衡顶管的施工工艺,并通过试验段的试顶进,根据沉降监测结果适时的调整了施工参数,最终顺利下穿既有管道。 Pipe jacking construction technology is widely used in municipal engineering.Since the pipe jacking process will inevitably disturb the surrounding soil,what kind of pipe jacking construction technology should be adopted when there are existing pipelines in the upper part?The determination of the pipe jacking construction parameters is directly related to the quality and safety of the existing upper pipeline.The article takes the first rain pollution control project in the middle reaches of the Nanfei River as an example.After careful comparison and study,the large-diameter pipe jacking of DN3000 underwent the existing sewage pipe of DN2000(the net distance is only 2.3m),and the construction technology of the earth pressure balance pipe jacking was adopted.And through the trial jacking in the test section,the construction parameters were adjusted in a timely manner according to the settlement monitoring results,and finally the existing pipeline was successfully passed through.
