摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)具有良好的功率密度、电能输出、排放处理等若干环境适配性能,使其在新能源汽车上应用的多种类型电池中脱颖而出。其中双极板作为该燃料电池的一元,被认为是最重要的组件之一,它既是电池稳定运行的重点衡量依据,亦是电池寿命的决定性因素。文中首先对双极板上各种已存在的流场流道布置形式的优缺点做了详述,接着客观总结了流场布置的独优之处,并对可能实现的新型流场布置做了展望。
The proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)has good power density,power output,emission treatment and other environmental adaptability properties,making it stand out among the many types of batteries used in new energy vehicles.Among them,the bipolar plate is regarded as one of the most important components of the fuel cell.It is not only the key measurement basis for the stable operation of the battery,but also the decisive factor for the battery life.In the article,the advantages and disadvantages of the various existing flow field flow channel arrangements on the bipolar plate are described in detail,and then the unique advantages of the flow field arrangement are objectively summarized,and the new flow field arrangements that may be realized are prospected.
