档案信息化的目的是为了最大限度、最高效率实现档案的开放利用,档案需要被灵活使用,需要被正确的认识其实用价值,大力发展档案信息化,开放信息化途径,拓宽使用权限,更便捷的提供利用才能发挥档案的价值。本文在深入调研的基础上,提出了档案的信息化建设和开放使用的必要性和目标。

The purpose of archive informatization is to realize the open utilization of archives to the maximum and highest efficiency.Archives need to be used flexibly,and their practical value needs to be correctly recognized.So it is necessary to vigorously develop archives informatization,open informatization channels,and broaden access rights,to make its utilization more convenient so as to give full play to the value of archives.On the basis of in-depth investigation,this article puts forward the necessity and goals of the informatization construction and open use of archives.
