摘要
本试验使用HCS-KR200高频红外碳硫分析仪测定磷矿石中碳含量。称取于105℃烘干样品0.0400g,加入0.2000g三氧化钼,混匀,加入0.5g纯铁助熔剂,1.5g钨粒助熔剂,到高频红外碳硫分析仪上测定。此方法操作步骤简单,精确度较高、检测数据比较稳定。方法精度0.0010%~100%。符合磷矿石中碳分析质量要求。
The content of carbon in phosphate rock was determined by HCS-KR200 high frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer.The samples were dried at 105℃with 0.0400G,mixed with 0.2000G Molybdenum trioxide,mixed with 0.5g pure iron flux and 1.5g tungsten flux.The method has the advantages of simple operation flow,high accuracy and stable detection result.The precision of the method is 0.0010%~100%.It can meet the quality requirement of carbon analysis in phosphate rock.
