经皮内镜下胃/空肠造瘘术的临床应用进展

Clinical application progress of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy/jejunostomy

经皮内镜下胃/空肠造口术(PEG/J)因操作简便易行、并发症少、耐受性佳,目前成为长期管饲肠内营养的首选方式,其临床应用也逐步增多。文章就PEG/J的临床适应症、禁忌症、操作方法及并发症的防治进行综述,总结了PEG/J在神经系统、头颈部肿瘤、消化系统和重症监护方面的临床应用进展。为防止患者营养状况持续恶化,提高患者的生活质量,建议尽早积极治疗。

Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy/jejunostomy(PEG/J)has become the preferred method of enteral nutrition for long-term tube feeding due to its simple operation,fewer complications and good tolerability,and its clinical application is gradually increasing.This article reviewed the clinical indications,contraindications,operational approach and prevention and treatment of complications,and summarized the clinical application progress of PEG/J in nervous system,head and neck tumor,digestive system and intensive care.In order to prevent the continuous deterioration of the nutritional status for patients and improve the quality of their life,early active treatment is recommended.
