摘要
文章简要概述了深水采油树初始启动时因J-T效应在油嘴下游形成低温,为防止温度过低影响采油树等设备的材料选择,需要在油嘴后预充一定压力,减少初始启动时油嘴前后压差,从而避免开井温度低于设备最低设计温度、影响设备的安全运行问题。同时根据初始启动低温,确定跨界管、水下管汇、海管等设备的最低设计温度,为设备选型提供依据。
This article briefly introduced that during initial start-up of deepwater christmas tree, low temperature will occur downstream of choke due to J-T effect. In order to prevent the material selection of christmas tree and other equipment from being affected by low temperature, it is necessary to pre-charge a certain pressure downstream of choke to reduce the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the choke during the initial start-up, so as to avoid the well start-up temperature lower than the minimum design temperature of the equipment and affect the safe operation of the equipment. At the same time, according to the initial start-up low temperature, the minimum design temperature of jumper, subsea manifold, subsea pipeline and other equipment is determined to provide the basis for equipment selection.
