摘要
目的:检测前列腺癌和良性前列腺增生患者外周血白细胞介素(IL)-8和前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平,分析它们之间的关系。探讨IL-8和PSA水平与前列腺癌Gleason评分分组之间的关系。探讨外周血IL-8浓度检测对前列腺癌患者的临床意义。方法:选择2019年6月至2020年7月于徐州医科大学附属医院就诊的58例前列腺癌和55例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测前列腺癌和良性前列腺增生患者外周血中IL-8浓度,电化学发光法检测外周血PSA水平,应用SPSS统计学软件分析,独立样本分析采用t检验。结果:前列腺癌患者外周血IL-8的浓度(4.82±0.99)ng/ml,显著高于良性前列腺增生患者(1.97±0.71)ng/ml(t=17.498,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;前列腺癌患者PSA水平中位数为23.29(12.16~51.54)ng/ml,良性前列腺增生患者PSA水平中位数为3.76(2.03~6.21)ng/ml,两组总体PSA水平分布差异有统计学意义(Z=8.269,P<0.01);良性前列腺增生患者IL-8的浓度与PSA水平无明显相关(rp=0.194,P>0.05);前列腺癌患者IL-8浓度与PSA水平呈正相关(rp=0.320,P<0.05);前列腺癌患者外周血IL-8浓度在Gleason≤6组为(3.77±0.69)ng/ml,Gleason=7组为(4.78±0.91)ng/ml,Gleason≥8组为(5.31±0.85)ng/ml,Gleason评分分组越高,外周血中IL-8的浓度越高,差异有统计学意义(F组间=10.212,P<0.01);前列腺癌患者PSA水平在Gleason评分≤6组为14.65(7.08~18.97)ng/ml,Gleason评分=7组为25.63(10.27~47.95)ng/ml,Gleason评分≥8组为27.46(16.22~102.60)ng/ml,Gleason评分越高,PSA水平越高,差异有统计学意义(H=6.406,P<0.05)。结论:前列腺癌患者外周血IL-8的浓度高于良性前列腺增生患者;前列腺癌患者外周血IL-8的浓度与PSA水平呈正相关;前列腺癌患者Gleason评分分组越高,外周血IL-8的浓度和PSA水平越高。
ObjectiveTo detect the of interleukin (IL)-8 and prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels in peripheral blood of patients with prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia, and analyze the relationship between them. To investigate the relationship between IL-8 and PSA levels and Gleason score of prostate cancer. To explore the clinical significance of peripheral blood IL-8 concentration in prostate cancer patients.MethodsFrom June 2019 to July 2020, a total of 58 cases of prostate cancer and 55 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital were selected as subjects. IL-8 concentration in peripheral blood of patients with prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and PSA level in peripheral blood by electrochemiluminescence method. SPSS statistical software was used for analysis.ResultsThe level of IL-8 in peripheral blood of patients with prostate cancer (4.82±0.99) ng/ml was significantly higher than that of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (1.97±0.71) ng/ml (t=17.498, P<0.01). The median PSA level of prostate cancer patients was 23.29 (12.16-51.54) ng/ml, and that of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients was 3.76 (2.03-6.21) ng/ml. The overall PSA level distribution between the two groups was statistically significant (Z=8.269, P<0.01). There was no significant correlation between IL-8 concentration and PSA level in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (rp=0.194, P>0.05);IL-8 concentration was positively correlated with PSA level in prostate cancer patients (rp=0.320, P<0.05);The level of IL-8 in peripheral blood of prostate cancer patients in Gleason≤6 group was (3.77±0.69) ng/ml, that in Gleason=7 group was (4.78±0.91) ng/ml, and that in Gleason≥8 group was (5.31±0.85) ng/ml. The higher the Gleason score group was, The higher the concentration of IL-8 in peripheral blood, the difference was statistically significant (Fgroup=10.212, P<0.01). The PSA level of prostate cancer patients in Gleason score ≤6 group was 14.65 (7.08-18.97) ng/ml, and that in Gleason score=7 group was 25.63 (10.27-47.95) ng/ml.The Gleason score ≥8 group was 27.46 (16.22-102.60) ng/ml. The higher Gleason score, the higher PSA level, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (H=6.406, P<0.05).ConclusionThe level of IL-8 in peripheral blood of prostate cancer patients is higher than that of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients. The concentration of IL-8 in peripheral blood of prostate cancer patients was positively correlated with the level of PSA. The higher the Gleason score of prostate cancer patients, the higher the concentration of IL-8 and PSA in peripheral blood.
