摘要
20世纪90年代以来,澳加英有近一半教师教育高校以借调聘用优秀中小学教师的方式充实教师教育师资。该聘用模式涉及聘用数量与条件要求、招募渠道与选拔程序、岗位职责与培训指导、工资待遇与工作评价、期满选择和影响评估等内容。认同转变的困难、组织适应的压力、伙伴关系建设与高校内部管理方面的挑战,是借调聘用中的主要问题。综观澳加英的经验与问题,可为我国探索借调模式提供三点启示:一是将借调工作嵌入伙伴关系建设,二是重视相关管理制度建设,三是加强对借调教师专业适应与组织适应的指导和支持。
Since the 1990 s,nearly half of the teacher education institutions in Australia,Canada and the U.K.have seconded outstanding primary and secondary school teachers to enrich their teacher education programs.Its implementation involves position numbers and requirements,recruitment channel and procedure,job description and orientation,salary and benefits,performance evaluation,career choice after the term and its potential impact.The critical issues that affect the effectiveness of secondment are identity transformation,organizational adaptation,the quality of partnership and administrative mechanism of the hosting university.Therefore,there’re such enlightenments for China teacher education programs as secondment embedded into partnership construction,strengthening administrative system construction and supporting profession adaptation and organization adaptation.
