摘要 针对邻近海洋生态红线区和海洋保护区等敏感海域的海洋油气开发项目,通过采用工程场址和管线路由精准优化技术,全生命周期的污染物源头控制与末端治理创新技术以及开创式环境风险防范与控制技术,更好地实现在保护海洋生态环境、降低环境风险的前提下开发海洋油气的目的。目前已摸索建立一套适合敏感海域的绿色油气开发模式,并取得了良好实践经验。 For the offshore oil and gas development projects adjacent to sensitive sea areas such as marine ecological red line areas and marine reserves,the precise optimization technology of engineering site and pipeline route,the innovative technology of source control and pollutant treatment in the whole life cycle,and the innovative environmental risk prevention and control technology can better realize the purpose of developing marine oil and gas on the premise of protecting marine ecological environment and reducing environmental risk.At present,a set of green oil and gas development model suitable for sensitive sea area has been established,and good practice has been achieved.
