湖南省生态强省建设成效分析及对策研究

Effectiveness analysis and countermeasure research of ecological province construction in Hunan Province

党的十八大提出了中国生态文明建设的目标和要求。湖南省在省第十一次党代会作出建设“生态强省”的战略部署中,将生态强省建设作为当前推进生态文明建设的一个重要抓手。通过对近年来湖南省生态强省建设取得成效、存在问题及对策建议进行思考和探索,以期为全国生态文明建设工作提供借鉴。

The goals and requirements of China s ecological civilization construction were put forward by the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Hunan Province makes the strategic plan of building‘Ecological Province’in the Eleventh Party Congress,establishing ecological province construction as an important starting point to promote ecological civilization construction.In this paper,the achievements,existing problems and countermeasures of the ecological province construction in Hunan Province in recent years were explored and pondered to provide reference for the establishment of national ecological civilization construction.
