摘要
淬透性是齿轮钢的核心指标,对成品齿轮的综合性能有很大程度的影响。通过分析C,Si,Mn,Cr,Ti,B等元素对保淬透性齿轮钢的淬透性等的影响,设计了20CrMnTiH典型齿轮钢钢种的化学成分,将C的化学成分控制在±0.01%,Si、Mn、Cr尽量窄范围控制,B控制在0.0004%以下,可以大幅度提高齿轮钢淬透性的稳定性,实现淬透性带≤3.5 HRC的水平,满足齿轮用钢的使用要求。
Hardenability is the core index of gear steel,which has a great influence on the comprehensive performance of finished gear.By analyzing the influence of C,Si,Mn,Cr,Ti and B on the hardenability of gear steel,the chemical composition of 20CrMnTiH typical gear steel is designed.The chemical composition C is controlled within±0.01%,Si,Mn and Cr are controlled within a narrow range,and B is controlled below 0.0004%,which can greatly improve the hardenability stability of gear steel and realize the hardenability band≤3.5 HRC,can meet the requirements of steel for gear.
