添加剂类型对PES超滤膜结构和性能的影响

Effect of Additive Types on Structure and Properties of PES Ultrafiltration Membrane

摘要 采用PEG-400作为有机小分子添加剂、PVP-K30作为有机大分子添加剂、TiO_(2)作为无机小分子添加剂,使用非溶剂致相分离(NIPs)法制备了PES中空纤维超滤膜。利用电子显微镜(SEM)、实验室自制测量装置对PES超滤膜进行表征。结果表明,当TiO_(2)的添加量为0.6%时,膜的综合性能最优,此时水通量达到128.6 L/(m^(2)·h),对牛血清蛋白(BSA)溶液的截留率为83.9%。 This paper prepared PES hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane by non-solvent induced phase separation method using PEG-400,PVP-K30 and TiO_(2)as additive.The membrane was characterized by SEM and a self-made measuring device.The results showed that the water flux of the membrane reached 128.6 L/(m^(2)·h)with the addition of 0.6%TiO_(2),and the rejection rate of BSA was 83.9%.
