Preparation Method of 3-Difluoromethyl-1-Methyl-1H-Py-4-Carboxylic Acid

本实验通过以4,4-二氟乙酰乙酸乙酯、原甲酸三乙酯、甲基肼为原料,通过一步反应合成最终产品3-(二氟甲基)-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-羧酸,该工艺方法条件简单,操作方便,三废比较少,产品含量很高且成本较低非常适合工业生产。

In this experiment,the final product 3-(difluoromethyl)-1-methyl-1 H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid was synthesized by one-step reaction with 4-difluoroacetate,triethyl formate and methyl hydrazine as raw materials.The process which was easy to operate,less waste,high content and low cost.
