摘要
三磷酸腺苷(ATP)是生物体内普遍存在的一种高能磷酸化合物,是生物体内不可缺少的生物分子,在细胞呼吸、酶催化、能量和信号传递等生命活动中起到关键的作用。科学研究表明,ATP浓度的紊乱与阿尔兹海默症、帕金森氏症以及恶性肿瘤等疾病密切相关。因此,发展一种可靠并能实时监控ATP含量变化的传感器对研究与ATP失衡有关疾病的发病机制有着重要的意义。本文综述了近年来国内外不同类型的ATP传感器的研究进展并展望了其发展趋势。
ATP is a common high-energy phosphoric acid compound and indispensable biomolecule for the existence of life.It plays a key role in cell respiration,enzyme catalysis,energy and signal transmission and other life activities.Scientific research shows that the disorder of ATP concentration is closely related to diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease and malignant tumors.Therefore,the development of a reliable sensor that can monitor changes in ATP content in real time is of great significance for studying the pathogenesis of diseases related to ATP imbalance.This article reviews the research progress of different types of ATP sensors and prospects their development trends.
