热萃取法测定脱硝催化剂二氧化钛中的水溶物

摘要 建立了热萃取法测定脱硝催化剂二氧化钛中水溶物的方法。称取一定量的样品于烧杯中加热至沸腾,并保温5 min,冷却后,在二氧化钛的悬浮溶液中加入碳酸铵溶液,将其中的细小颗粒进行絮凝,防止细小颗粒在过滤时穿过滤纸,将滤液至于已经处理好的滤纸内过滤后,测定滤液水溶物含量。该方法提高了分析结果的准确度,按照本方法测定脱硝催化剂二氧化钛中水溶物,样品测试结果的RSD在4.23%~10.80%(n=6),样品的加标回收率在103.7%~104.6%,方法的准确度和精密度良好。该方法操作简便,缩短操作时间。是对现有国家的有益补充和完善,可以作为行业的例行分析方法或者国家标准方法进行推广使用。 A method for the determination of aqueous solution in Denitration catalyst titanium dioxide by thermal extraction was established,Weigh a certain amount of samples and heat them in a beaker until boiling,and keep them warm for 5 min.After cooling,the pretreatment points of filter paper were standardized,ammonium sulfate was added into filtrate for flocculation to prevent the penetration of fine particles,After the filtrate has been filtered in the filter paper,the content of water soluble substance in the filtrate was determined.and the determination of aqueous solution in Denitration catalyst titanium dioxide was carried out by thermal extraction with good accuracy and precision.The RSD was 4.23%~10.80%(n=6),and the standard recovery was 103.7%~104.6%.The operation method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is a beneficial supplement and improvement to the national and industrial standards,and can be popularized and used as the national and industrial standard method.
