摘要
近年化工行业迅猛发展,新工艺的投产和使用,带来许多生产安全问题。为科学判定新工艺的安全评价等级,以新加氢工艺为例,建立基于云模型的安全评价体系。首先,构建新加氢工艺评价指标体系,采用AHP法计算各指标权重值,利用熵权法对权重值进行修正;其次,运用逆向云发生器求出二级指标特征参数,计算一级指标和综合云的特征值;使用正向云发生器计算各一级指标隶属度并形成云图,构建新加氢工艺的综合评价等级云模型。最后,以顺杆催化加氢新工艺为例,应用上述方法对工艺进行安全等级评价。结果表明,该模型能适用于新加氢工艺的安全评价等级判定,为新工艺的安全评价提供理论依据。
In recent years,the rapid development of chemical industry,the production and use of new technology,bring many production safety problems.In order to scientifically determine the safety evaluation level of the new process,the new hydrogenation process was taken as an example to establish a safety evaluation system based on cloud model.Firstly,the evaluation index system of the new hydrogenation process was constructed.The weight values of each index were calculated by AHP method,and the weight values were corrected by entropy weight method.Secondly,the reverse cloud generator is used to calculate the characteristic parameters of the secondary index,and the characteristic values of the primary index and the integrated cloud are calculated.The forward cloud generator was used to calculate the membership degree of each first-level index and form the cloud map,and the comprehensive evaluation grade cloud model of the new hydrogenation process was built.Finally,a new process of catalytic hydrogenation along the rod is taken as an example to evaluate the safety level of the process.The results show that the model can be used to judge the level of safety evaluation of the new hydrogenation process,which provides a theoretical basis for the safety evaluation of the new process.
